How long is the onboarding process?
Typically, the onboarding process takes around three weeks. During this timeframe, our attention is dedicated to crafting your media kit, setting up your portal, and organizing your files. We conduct thorough interviews, asking numerous questions to precisely understand your identity as both a person and creator. Our goal is to ensure a perfect match with the right brands for you.

Do you receive a percentage from existing partnerships?
Absolutely not! We prioritize brand deals and partnerships from the moment you sign our contract. Ethically, it doesn't align with our values to accept money that we were not involved in securing.

Is there a contract?
Yes, we do utilize a contract. However, we don't impose a specific duration on your commitment. It doesn't align with our philosophy to keep someone in a contract if they are dissatisfied. If you decide to part ways, simply submit a written notice at least seven days in advance. This ensures that any ongoing brand deals are concluded and payments are settled before you are free to leave.

What does cost, fees, and payment look like?
The cost, fees, and payment structure with Jess Chattin Management Co. depend on whether the agreement is exclusive or non-exclusive.
For exclusive agreements, the fees are generally higher due to the dedicated resources and commitment required. These agreements ensure that our team focuses solely on your needs and goals.
For non-exclusive agreements, the fees are typically lower and offer more flexibility, as our team will be managing multiple clients simultaneously.

What does Communication look like?
At Jess Chattin Management Co, clear and efficient communication is key to our success. During business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm Eastern Time, feel free to reach out via text for any urgent matters. For non-urgent inquiries outside of these hours, please send an email, to hello@jesschattin.com , and we’ll respond promptly by the next business day.
Additionally, we prioritize regular check-ins and collaboration. Should you need to have additional touch points a brief 15-minute connection is not cost but should we need more time than that my charge for each connection point beyond the stated above will be $75.00 an hour and subtracted from your negotiated brand deal.
Rest assured, my team works to stay in constant communication via email and other means to ensure all aspects are managed effectively and to your satisfaction.
When planning vacations or business trips, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules accordingly and ensure that ongoing projects are managed effectively in your absence.
