Family holds a special place in my heart, and I love to travel, hike, explore new places, and go to Disneyland (it always brings out my inner child). With over 15 years of experience in customer service across retail (Toys R Us), entertainment (Knott's Berry Farm), and banking (from teller to manager), I've gained valuable insights from different work environments. While my initial goal was to become a district manager, I realized I needed a pause to realign my career path. This journey of self-discovery led me to my passion for creating content that resonates with both my experiences and my amazing audience. I am a firm believer that work besties are crucial for mental health, and my content revolves around creating humor out of work stress while also sharing practical tips for navigating the professional world.
