I am 32 year old & kickin’ it in Kansas. By day, I'm a Registered Nurse who is a highly active outdoorsy person with a ton of energy. The diffusing takes me roughly 30 mins. The big trick is to take your time on the diffuser. I tend to let it sit at the beginning for a solid 30-45 sec before I move to another spot.
